Business Details

Use the details you want customers to see online.

Google Ads

Only complete this section if you already run Google Ads or want us to run ads for you. You do not need to send us your Google password.

  1. Go to ads.google.com.
  2. Log in with the Google account used for your ads.
  3. Look in the top right for your customer ID. It looks like 123-456-7890.
  4. Enter that number below.
  5. We will request access from our manager account.
  6. Google will ask you to approve the request.

Google Business Profile

This is one of the most important accounts for local search. Please add hello@cometsync.ai as a manager if you can.

  1. Go to google.com/business.
  2. Log in with the Google account that owns your business profile.
  3. Open your business profile.
  4. Look for Business Profile settings, then People and access.
  5. Add hello@cometsync.ai as a manager.
  6. If you cannot find this, write “I need help” below and we can guide you on a screen-share call.

Website And Domain Access

Please do not send passwords. Add hello@cometsync.ai as an admin, delegate, or partner user in your domain host if possible.

Google And Social Accounts

Please add hello@cometsync.ai as an admin or editor where possible. If an account does not exist yet, leave it blank.

Services And Jobs We Should Target

This helps us build better website pages, ads, keywords, and lead tracking.

Brand Preferences

If we are building or improving your website, this helps us match the look to your business.

Licences, Qualifications And Trust Signals

These details help customers, Google, AI search, and AI agents understand that your business is legitimate and trustworthy.

Previous Jobs, Photos And Videos

Real job examples help us build stronger service pages, case studies, ads, and trust signals.

Please add job photos and videos to a Google Drive folder and share it with hello@cometsync.ai. If possible, name the photos, videos, or folders by job so we can match the media to the right work. If you do not have many job photos yet, send whatever you have now. Moving forward, take before photos, during photos, after photos, equipment photos, and a short note about the job.
